Kimpton Hotels.

Always a terrific experience.  Great design and service, hip (but not painfully so as W Hotels are).  They have a terrific rewards program- great perks and upgrades.  One cool feature of the program; you tell them what you'd like for snacks in your room when you arrive.  When I roll into my room there's always a handwritten note from the GM, a Diet Pepsi (or other soda), pretzels (or other salty snack), and a Snickers - the breakfast, lunch, and dinner of champions.  Love good design and service...and always appreciate being appreciated.
